Coaching Co-ordinator - Damian Pearce
This year we are pleased to announce the addition of a coaching coordinator to our coaching roster. Damian Pearce will fill this role to liaise with and support all coaches. Damian has a football background as both player and coach having played AFL reserve grade and VFA senior football at both St Kilda and Sandringham FC’s. He has coached at both senior and junior levels and last year finished his third year of coaching at the Hawks with an U/11 premiership. |

Under 9 Coach (Brown) - Simon Fisher
Welcome to Simon our new U/9 coach for 2010. Simon is a lifetime football person with a senior career spanning 312 games and 5 premierships with Mazenod Football Club. His coaching experience includes 3 years at senior level and 2 years at Auskick level. Simon’s football experience and attitude to creating a positive environment with equal opportunity to all will ensure that your child’s first taste of football is both enjoyable and educational. |

Under 9 Coach (White) - John Boyle
John has a great passion for football and teaching kids the skills and love for the game. He played over 170 games for Mazenod Football Club including 4 premierships. John also continues to coach at Auskick level (6 years), including as Co-ordinator of last year's inaugural Auskick Centre of the Year for the Oakleigh Region - St Justins Auskick. John's approach to football at Under 9 level is to provide all players a fair opportunity to participate in the team, to encourage the children to think they are equal to everyone, yet better than no-one and have a fun experience in their first year of competitive footy. |

Under 10 Coach (Brown) - Chris Sullivan
Chris enters his second year of coaching at our club. Chris is a life member of our club having played all his junior football here. Chris also has an extensive playing career representing both the Melbourne and Richmond Football Clubs at AFL Senior Level, Frankston F.C in the VFA and 4 years with Mt Eliza F.C. as a playing assistant coach. Chris has an emphasis on opportunity for all and creates a fun environment for his players to learn the skills of the game. |

Under 10 Coach (Gold) - Shane Gervasoni
Shane is back for his second year as a coach at our club. Shane has an extensive football and sporting background having represented his country at triathlon and his state at basketball and athletics. He played and coached football in the Sunraysia District of Mildura for Merbein and Werrimul Football Clubs. Shane has great enthusiasm for the game and he uses this to ensure an enjoyable and vibrant atmosphere for his players. |

Under 11 Coach - Scott Peacock
We welcome Scott back for his third year with the club after coaching the U/10's last year. Previously Scott played with Highett, Springvale and Bayswater FC's, managing over 100 senior VFA/VFL games with Springvale and being a member of two successful Premiership teams at that club. Scott creates a great learning environment for all members of his team and his wealth of football experience gives him great perspective on the value of junior team sports for all. |

Under 12 Coach - Paul Deegan
2010 sees Paul rejoining our coaching ranks after enjoying a break from coaching for a season. Paul’s coaching experience includes 3 years at junior level and 8 years at Auskick level. His playing career spanned 14 years with Mazenod OCFC in the VAFA, comprising over 200 games and multiple Premierships. He looks forward to continuing the on field development of this team while promoting the many benefits that come with playing a team based sport. |

Under 13 Coach - Carmelo D'Angelo
This is to be Carmelo’s first year as a coach of our football club after many years commitment at executive committee level. He has a lifetime of sporting experience having played junior football at Prahran Football Club. Then enjoying his senior career with Waverley Football Club and over 100 games with the Noble Park Bears. Carmelo also has coaching experience in football at a youth level and in cricket at a senior level with East Caulfield. The U/13’s can look forward to an educational and exciting year under Carmelo. |

Under 14 Coach - Peter Andritsos
Peter has a strong football background through a career at Monash Blues and Chadstone Football Clubs and returns for his second year coaching after coaching this side to a Premiership last year. He looks forward to continuing his promotion of teamwork and enjoyment within his team. |

Under 16 Coach - Curtis Collins
This is Curtis' second year as coach at our football club. Curtis’ football career spanned some 15 years with Dandenong South in the Churches League continued on to Keysborough F.C, Springvale F.C. and finally finished with Mazenod F.C. Curtis has also coached cricket at a junior level and he loves being involved with his sons and their mates sporting interests. |

Under 17 - Rohan McKaige
We are excited to announce Rohan as our new Under 17 Coach. Rohan has extensive football experience having played U/19 and reserve grade football with Melbourne Football Club. He also played senior football with Ashburton and Tooronga Football Clubs for some 12 years. His attitude to stimulating and varied training methods along with a positive and encouraging environment should mean a great season for the boys. |
